Missing Jetpack plugins [Solved]

Jetpack by WordPress is a formidable plugin which adds a lot of features to a self hosted wordpress site. But it is besieged with its set of problems. In this article we shall see the problem of missing Jetpack plugins and its solution. The widget in particular we are looking at is the Facebook Page Plugin/Widget which is missing despite the smooth installation of Jetpack.

Steps to get back the missing Jetpack Plugins

Go to the Jetpack Dashboard. At the end of the page is the button labeled Debug. It is placed along the footer with version, terms and privacy button.

The following window is displayed. Click on the link labeled ‘Access the full list of Jetpack modules available on your site’.

Next interface, you get the list of modules which can be activated/deactivated. Here we activate the missing Facebook plugin of Jetpack. Then you can go to the Widgets section to check if the plugin has appeared.
