Philips Air Fryer : Fry without oil
Fried food normally should not soak in oil. Home fried food is hence healthy, since the oil is seldom reused repeatedly. But commercially fried foods are virtually swimming in all kinds of fats. Here, the air frying is going to have the healthy edge.
On the face of it, you might pass it off as a traditional convectional oven, but its the circulated superheated air which makes the difference.
Philips has patented the Rapid Air Technology and launched commercial air fryers which cook, fry, roast, bake and grill together in the same device. It has grills, pots, pans and electronic timers with the usual recipe book thrown in.
Philips HD9220/20 2.2 L Air Fryer is available on online shopping sites and is a hit with customers with an average of 4.4 stars out of 5. Most of the customers have gone gaga about the healthy option, but that has to be taken with a pinch of salt as a few of them have pointed out, cooking methods are not related to healthy options.
A few customers have also highlighted the fact that its actual size is quite huge and that you need to have some space available in the kitchen. Also it cooks food for 2-3 people, but beyond that it has to be used in shifts, which might be a damper during parties/large gatherings.

AIR IS THE NEW OIL
Enjoy with lesser guilt
I always love the way air fryer can help me in my cooking, especially for any kinds of fried food. My french fries is one of the best dish which I can make. I often use 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil for chips but for others such as vegetables or chicken wings I will not add any extra oil.
